The Warriors are entering the final recruiting weekend before next Wednesday's signing day. And, this time, they will be helped by the NFL.
Because the Pro Bowl was moved to the Sunday between the conference championship games and the Super Bowl, for the first time, the all-star game will be held in Hawaii during the recruiting season. While UH probably won't be allowed to offer a sideline pass to a recruit, there's nothing stopping a tour of the freshly painted Aloha Stadium FieldTurf. And if, say, All-Pro players Wes Welker and Ray Lewis — both of whom were once coached by Greg McMackin — were to wander on by, well ...
