85 guys walked into a FUBAR ...

The Warriors concluded their offseason conditioning program with FUBAR, an acronym that can't be translated in a family blog but involves the toughest workouts the past two months.

FUBAR included rotating heavy ropes, pushing and pulling weighted sleds, carrying teammates fire-rescuer style, speed-walking while carrying metal milk barrels filled with sand, and using sledgehammers to hit tractor tires. There were eight disciplines in all, run with minimal breaks, over a 60-minute period.

UH coach Norm Chow offered this advice: "If you're going to throw up, do it on the side."

All of the medically cleared Warriors completed the tasks. Chow noted that his team was fit.  The Warriors had fun.

The Warriors open spring training on Tuesday.

The only question is: Where the heck did Chow get two tractor tires?
