March 17th, 2013

The Rainbow Warriors received a stay to a season's end with today's invitation to the postseason tournament.

They host Air Force at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Stan Sheriff Center, according to Riley Wallace, the chair of the 32-team tournament's selection committee.

UH is working on the details of ticket sales, although it has been confirmed season-ticket subscribers will be offered the chance to retain their seats.

The Warriors plan to hold their 13 Manoa spring practices on their grass field. The only concern is that field does not have lights.

The Warriors' first practice is scheduled for Tuesday at 6 a.m. Sunrise is scheduled for 6:36 a.m. that day.

UH coach Norm Chow said the Warriors most likely will wait until about 6:45 "to really get going."

The Warriors practice Tuesday and Thursday this week, then go on a one-week hiatus for spring break. All of the practices are open to the public.
