Iosefa to undergo surgery
Running back Joey Iosefa will undergo a foot procedure that will sideline him for about four weeks.
Iosefa suffered a fracture in his left foot while working out in July. He opted for non-surgical rehabilitation. Iosefa missed UH's first two games. Last week, he said he "tweaked" his left foot on UH's opening drive against Nevada.
This time, he opted to undergo a procedure in which a pin will be inserted into his left foot.
He should be ready to return for the two-game road trip against Utah State and Navy in November.
